Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Limitless Passion Ltd concerning your access to and use of the Cryptic Sudoku mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any content within it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use automated systems to extract data from the App

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Limitless Passion Ltd, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws, to engage in conduct that restricts anyone's use of the App, or to introduce any malicious software.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for additional features. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to their terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESS PASSION LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Passion Ltd is registered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
